1. This Web site is directed at customers accessing the site from within the UK and who are subject to UK law.

Payment for overseas orders can ONLY be accepted by 'PayPal', Credit Card or Debit Card.  The cost of overseas is £15.00 per order.

2. Orders on this site may only be placed by those who are at least 18 years old.

3. All prices are shown in GB £ Sterling. Vildan Limited reserves the right to change any advertised prices at any time

4. All products are subject to availability. Most products are unique "one off" items and sold as such.
If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

5. Delivery of Goods - All prices exclude delivery charge of £6.50 within Mainland UK and £15.00 for overseas.  We reserve the right to apply an appropriate surcharge to overseas deliveries should the need arise. All items will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery, therefore a signature will be required upon receipt.

6. Returns Policy

All items are pre-owned and sold as seen and described.  All purchases are non returnable unless it can be shown that any goods supplied are not as described on the website.  In such cases a notification must be received by email within 3 days of receipt of goods.  No goods should be returned without writtten agreement from Vildan Limited and any goods returned without such written agreement will be sent back to the purchaser at the cost of the purchaser.  If written agreement to return the goods is given to the purchaser the goods must be returned to us in the condition sent, by special delivery mail, within 7 days of you having received the agreement. NB: Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of earrings or other body jewellery.  Overseas orders are not covered by our returns policy and refunds will not be given for overseas orders.

In the unlikely event that your goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date to arrange return or replacement.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your cheque/postal order to clear before we dispatch your order.

8. Images may not show the actual size of items. ALL SIZES, WEIGHTS AND MEASUREMENTS ARE APPROXIMATE and are included as a guide only. Due to the nature of handmade products weights and dimensions may vary slightly. Ring weights will also vary dependant on finger size.

9. We will endeavor to take all reasonable care, in so far as it is possible to do so to keep all details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.

10. Vildan Limited does not accept any responsibility for any Web site not under our control, which may act as a portal to our site or be connected by a link with our site.

11. Vildan Limited reserves the right to refuse the supply of goods at its discretion.   We reserve the right to delay dispatch of any items ordered, for up to six weeks if we consider that the transaction is suspicious or may be fraudulent.

12. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to yourself.

13. None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
